Provides analysis on other areas such as pensions and other post-employment benefits, and supports the Revenue team’s work on economic development, education finance and the fee bill.

Provides administrative support to the House Committee on Ways and Means; Manages the JFO approval process of State grants; Monitors and facilitates fiscal note tracking and website accessibility. Coordinates Joint Fiscal Office website improvements and provides website support to staff. Human Resources delegate for the office.

Focuses on revenue and tax policy for consumption-based taxes and the property transfer tax. Responsible for analysis and review of the annual fee bill and fee report. Provides support for other areas, including Tax Increment Financing (TIF) and telecommunications.

Focuses on health and human services related issues including health care reform, Medicaid, health insurance, mental health, public health, and other health care finance related issues. Represents JFO as part of the multi-agency joint staff Medicaid budget recommendation and year-end report.
